Do you need a deposit for a rental reservation? There is no charge for making a reservation, and you can always update the numbers later-on.
If I have to cancel my rental, will you still charge me? There is no cancellation fee as long as the order has not been shipped.
When do I pay for my rental? Payment is due before the order is shipped.
What kind of payment do you accept? Visa, Mastercard or Amex, checks and bank wires.
How will I know my rental radios have been sent? You will receive a FedEx notification as soon as the shipment has been picked up at our location.
How do you ship the rental equipment? Rentals are shipped in a custom recyclable carry case.
Is the return shipment included in a rental? Yes, You will find a FedEx return label inside the VoxBox. Return instructions are also included and easy to follow.
Can I purchase my rental radios? Yes, you can. Part of your rental cost may be credited towards your purchase.
What earphones are used for outdoor walking tours? For safety reasons we recommend mono earbuds for any tours that operate outdoors, or near traffic.
Can you supply the radios on short notice? Yes, we can deliver the next business day in most cases. Some restrictions apply.
Do you offer upgraded earphones? Yes, we have several options, but in most cases our standard earbuds are all you need.
